Do we spray, or brush and roll?

The method of application varies from job to job, typically we roll the primer on walls and ceilings. Doors and trim are sprayed. If required, and if possible, if it is an occupied house, doors and trim will probably be hand painted.

How long does it take to paint a new house?

New construction homes are normally completed in two parts: the first part, once the drywall is complete, we apply primer to walls and ceilings. The second part: once the woodwork is finished, we spray primer to trim and doors, if needed, and two coats of paint. In this part we will apply the two final coats of paint to the walls and ceilings. And a final touch up

How many coats of paint do we apply?

New walls: Primer and two coats of paint are applied. Trim and doors: If required, one coat of primer and two coats of paint.
